Environmental Regulatory Compliance Conference
Tuesday, January 13th, 2009Three TEA professionals will be participating in the annual Environmental Regulatory Compliance Conference to be held in Alexandria, Louisiana, January 14 & 15. Dr. Linda Cummings will serve as moderator for a discussion titled “How to Finance Projects.” Dr. Don Blancher will present a case study titled “Wetlands – Land Use Impacts to a Drinking Water Supply Reservoir: The Braden Reservoir (Florida), and Dr. Amy Hunter will speak on “The Mitigation Banking Process; Supplying Wetlands Habitat to Maintain Municipal Growth and Energy Exploration.” The conference will provide valuable information for municipal engineers and consultants, public works/utility directors, attorneys, and anyone with environmental regulatory compliance responsibilities.
