BRADLEY F. DROY, Ph.D.

Dr. Droy is co-founder, President and CEO of TEA with 25 years of experience in teaching, literature review, research, and litigation support and has published extensively on various aspects of toxicology and remediation. Over the past 15 years, Dr. Droy has served as an expert in approximately 45 environmental cases nationwide in the areas of toxic tort litigation, environmental class action cases, oil and gas field legacy issues, pesticide, heavy metal, radioactive isotope, and medical and aquatic toxicology. Dr. Droy is a recognized expert in the fields of toxicology, bioremediation, risk assessment, environmental forensics, and engineered phytoremediation.

Linda Cummings, D.V.M., Ph.D.

Linda Cummings, D.V.M., Ph.D. is the Director of Toxicological Services for TEA. Dr. Cummings is a toxicologist and veterinarian with over 15 years of experience in the areas of human health and ecological risk assessment and litigation support. Dr. Cummings has provided toxicological litigation support and expert witness services to clients in the chemical, petrochemical, and maritime shipping industries. In addition, she has provided toxicological consultation and peer review services to industrial, municipal, and environmental consulting firm clients for facility Corrective Measure Studies, Superfund sites, RECAP, VRP, and other risk-based projects. Dr. Cummings has been qualified as an expert in toxicology, risk assessment and project management.

EDWARD G. GATLIFF, Ph.D.

Dr. Gatliff is president of Applied Natural Sciences and is an expert in the area of Engineered_PhytoremediationSM technology. He has been active in the environmental industry since 1987, primarily applying his understanding of vegetation and agronomic principles to remediate contaminated soil and groundwater at over 50 sites in the US and Canada under his trademark TreeMediation® program. He has pioneered and patented several phytoremediation systems including the TreeWell® system, whereby trees are able to extract and/or remediate groundwater from specific horizons of an aquifer 30 feet or more below ground surface.

ELDON C. BLANCHER II, Ph.D.

Dr. Blancher is principal of Sustainable Ecosystem Restoration, LLC. He has been qualified as an expert in the impacts of man's various activities on surface water, sediment and habitat issues, including chemical, biological and toxicological outcomes. Dr. Blancher has been involved in cases ranging from simple habitat contamination issues to extensive Natural Resource Damage Assessments (NRDA). He has worked on administrative, civil and criminal cases (local and federal) and has extensive experience in Gulf and Atlantic coastal states.

MICHAEL D. CROUCH, Ph.D.

Dr. Crouch is the founder, President and CEO of Integrate and one of the nation's foremost experts in the area of environmental data management, as both an analytical chemist and an environmental toxicologist. He developed the TerraBase® system, and has worked extensively in the areas of analytical toxicology, data validation, and forensic data analysis for over 30 years. Dr. Crouch has served as an expert in these areas in at least 15 cases and specializes in using spatially enabled data management systems and data validation to support his clients in data intensive litigation.
