PRINCIPALS

BRADLEY F. DROY, Ph.D.

Dr. Droy is co-founder, President and CEO of TEA with 25 years of experience in teaching, literature review, research, and litigation support and has published extensively on various aspects of toxicology and remediation. Over the past 15 years, Dr. Droy has served as an expert in approximately 45 environmental cases, including activities in the states of Louisiana, California, Texas, Illinois, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. Dr. Droy is a recognized expert in the fields of toxicology, bioremediation, risk assessment, environmental forensics, and phytoremediation.

FRANK MANALE

Mr. Manale is co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of TEA. Mr. Manale has over 20 years experience in the design, implementation, operation, and evaluation of risk-based soil and groundwater remediation systems. Mr. Manale is the development and project manager for one of the largest bio-remediation projects in U.S. history at an industrial location.

DOUG HESS, MBA

Mr. Hess is General Manager of TEA. He has 15 years of senior management experience within the environmental field, including positions as CFO, project manager, IT services manager, HR manager, and director of safety and health programs. Currently, Mr. Hess manages the day-to-day operations of TEA, including project management, contracting, marketing, business development and staff development.
